1. About TraceProof

TraceProof is a service operated by INSIDE MARKETING INTERNATIONAL FZE, registered at SAIF Lounge, Sharjah, UAE 121974. We provide AI-powered forensic analysis tools to assist victims of online fraud in tracing funds and generating supporting documentation for law enforcement reports.

2. Nature of the Service

TraceProof is an investigative support tool. Our service:

Generates forensic reports and fraud report statements using artificial intelligence
Traces cryptocurrency transactions across blockchain networks
Analyses financial flows (bank transfers, card payments)
Provides structured documentation to support fraud reports to Report Fraud / Police Scotland

Important: TraceProof does NOT provide legal advice, act as a solicitor, guarantee fund recovery, or submit reports to law enforcement on your behalf. Our reports are supporting documents that you may use when filing your own fraud report.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United Kingdom to use this service. By using TraceProof, you confirm that you are a genuine victim of fraud or are acting on behalf of one with proper authorisation.

4. Accuracy and Limitations

Reports are generated using AI (Claude by Anthropic) and blockchain analytics tools
While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions
On-chain data reflects publicly available blockchain information at the time of analysis
You are responsible for verifying all information before submitting it to authorities
TraceProof does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legal admissibility of any report

5. Payment and Pricing

Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable
Payment is processed securely via PayPal (including debit/credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay where available)
You receive a preview of your report before payment
Full reports are unlocked upon successful payment

6. Intellectual Property

The TraceProof platform, branding, and underlying technology are owned by INSIDE MARKETING INTERNATIONAL FZE. Reports generated for you are licensed for your personal use in connection with your fraud case. You may share reports with law enforcement, solicitors, and financial institutions.

7. Prohibited Uses

You must not use TraceProof to:

Submit false or fabricated information
Generate fraudulent reports or make false accusations
Harass, stalk, or intimidate any person
Violate any applicable law or regulation
Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit our systems

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INSIDE MARKETING INTERNATIONAL FZE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of TraceProof. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
