TraceProof is a fraud documentation service built specifically for victims of online fraud in the United Kingdom. We combine artificial intelligence, blockchain analysis and legal drafting expertise to produce forensic reports and fraud statements that are ready to submit to Report Fraud, local police forces, banks and solicitors.

TraceProof does not recover funds. TraceProof does not provide legal advice. What TraceProof does is produce documentation — the kind of structured, evidence-backed documentation that gives your case the best chance of being investigated rather than filed away.

Why TraceProof Exists

Every year, over 300,000 fraud cases are reported in the UK. The majority are closed without investigation — not because the evidence does not exist, but because victims do not know how to present it. Police forces are overwhelmed, and a poorly structured report is the first thing to be deprioritised.

TraceProof was built to solve this problem. Our guided flow asks the right questions, analyses your evidence (screenshots, bank statements, chat logs, wallet addresses), traces funds where possible, and generates two professional documents: a Forensic Report and a Fraud Statement. The entire process takes under 10 minutes.

We understand that if you are here, you have likely already been deceived once. Trust is not something we take for granted. That is why:

Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We process evidence only for the duration needed to generate your report, then delete raw uploads within 30 days.

We are transparent about what we are and what we are not. We are a technology tool, not a law firm, not a recovery service, not a financial advisor. Our reports are supporting documentation — they do not guarantee any outcome.

We offer a refund policy. If our system cannot generate a usable report from your evidence, you can request a full refund within 14 days. See our Refund Policy for details.
